Copying a map or copying bic data?

Okay, what I would like to do is use my tweaks that I've made to the civ3mod.bic file (the one the game uses if you don't load a scenario) and put it 'over' one of the earth maps. Is this possible? Can I copy an entire map and past it into the civ3mod.bic or can I copy all the rules settings and paste them onto the Earth map?

I don't know exactly what you want to do, but try out the Map import function in Civ3CopyTool.
Load a BIC and click on the text that says that ther is no Map in the file.
