I just wanted to say that I love yor splash screens!

The last one is great! Maybe on later era splashes a city could grow out from the spot with the landing vehicle? In the last era splash it could fill the entire splash and there could be jungles etc.?

      just my 2 cents.,.,.,.,.

        Thank you
I'll work on that as I get a chance. I had much of the same idea. I was also thinking of changing the scenery a bit as well, with the horizon slowly changing to ocean and the sky gradually getting bluer.

i like the 2nd set better, and is it my computer or are the mountains/hills a bit fuzzy?
<Kassiopeia> you don't keep the virgins in your lair at a sodomising distance from your beasts or male prisoners. If you devirginised them yourself, though, that's another story. If they devirginised each other, then, I hope you had that webcam running.

it's a medium quality jpeg. THe original photoshop file is much better, and much bigger (6.5 MB). I doubt MarkG would let me post it .

here is a cropped image at full pixels and higher quality:

                      looks good

is age one staying like that, or will it become more tree-like?

nice to see my program in action

The tech tree is quite extensive, good job!

I do agree with Lemmy though in that it would be nice to have the first era be a bit more "treeie" (is that a word?).

It might be interesting to see two or three different trees...that's a lot mor ework though, and I'm not the one doing it so it's easy for me to say

                        great work heardie!

thats the problm with using the tech tree from Civ2 FW, and converting it to ages...it is rather hard. The way I see it the first age is very quick, technology needed when just arriving, then after settling down more specific areas can be resarched (age 2)

Well, this mod doesnt have to use the old Mars tech tree. Personally, i felt it had too many useless units anyway.
