I just installed Win XP this weekend and Civ3 has been acting a little strange on me.
Whenever I scroll the screen, wherever there was a city info box on that position on the screen it will leave a green box. This is more of an annoyance, it isnt critical but if anyone has any solutions it would greatly be appreciated. Ill post a screenshot to better explain.
