There was a list in one of the threads with regards to the different nations and which government type they preferred and disliked being. I was wondering if any one can provide a link to that list or put it up here again.
Sorry dont have a list, but if you open the editor and use the custom rules, you can view each civilisation and see which government type they prefer, and also how aggresive etc.

AFAIK, it determines how aggressive the AI will be when playing that civilization. The higher the number, the more aggressive the civ. Usefull if you are custom modding civs.
