A weird, very annoying bug.

In several games I have declared war on a civilization and destroy all of their cities. But I didn't get a "You have destroy the French civilization" or whatever I contact them and signed a peace treaty and established an embassy. A DAMN CITY APPEAR ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MAP!!! Does anyone know what caused this and why?

Its not your job to die for your county but to make the other guy die for his.

Settler. If I remember correctly (from Civ2), a civ is still alive if they have a settler somewhere on the map.

But the new city always appears in the same location every game.
