Editing Rules

If I edit the rules for what an improvement does and than save does that effect every game or only a senoir. What about games already started?

To use edited rules you have to save the .bic you created with the new rules, and then choose 'Load Scenario' and pick the .bic you created. It doesn't effect the regular game at all.

If you change civ3mod.bic it affects all games. If you save it as a scenario it only affect the games started with it, and if you change it after that they will not be affected by the change.
