Everytime I run the game it crashes and then I get an error message. The editor seems to work but it is VERY slow. The message I receive is not on the support site. This is the message....

People have said that this is a problem with the encryption. Is it a problem with my driver or is it a problem with the CD?

try using the default rule in the editor. it looks like the same error when i made an invalid change in the editor.
