why can I only bomb my own cities--is this a bug?

yes its another bug
if it gives you a 'cannot bomb here' symbol, but you want ot bomb it anyway, hold the 'b' key down, and click in the box (sometimes it takes a couple of clicks before it works, but keep holding the 'b' key down)
p.s. this also works for squares outside the red boxed bombing area (i've bombed 1/2 around the world already with my battleship, artillary, and bonber
)

Thanks for the help--I really like this game but there seem to be way too many problems-hope a decent patch is avail. soon. Thanks again for the help.
