Star Wars Civ3 Mod?

My dream was in Civ2, as well as in CTP to make a starwars mod. With star wars terrain, realistic and realistically sized units. (Not jedis or monsters. But soldiers, AT-AT:s, TIE fighters, X-wings. robots, turrets etc.)
I know you can't make units in CIv3 yet, but my question is:

Is there somebody else out there that's intersted in such a project?
I always got stuck in the code or didn't have time to sit and do the "slave work" when I created them myself.
The biggest thing I did was to "paint" a pretty detailed Death Star, just for CTP.

But I could probably use many of the units I've made/copied for CTP in CIV3 too. (My units were never released.)
(They aren't very nice anyway)

Or is there even anybody interested playing a starwars mod?

Yes. It would be lots of work.
But how could wouldn't it be?
Nobody that would be interested in actually co-making such a mod?
I don't know anything about coding or such, and I'm just a little better than the average guy at drawing on computers, but I've got motivation and a HUGE interest! :-)
