To whoever made the new leader heads (Bush, Clinton, etc)

How do you do that? I'm making a Canada Mod, and I wanna make a new face for Johnny Chretien, but I can't open the animated faces or save new ones. What do you use to open it?

Try checking the creation forums, he posts a lot there and also takes requests... I don't remember, but he may have even posted the steps for how to do it.

Why not make Trudeau instead? Or even the ever drunk John. A....? What special unit are you proposing?

The obvious special unit would have to be the AVRO Arrow instead of the fighter... better than the U2 for spying, and faster (I do believe) than the F15.... what else did Canada have going for awhile
