ok, here's the deal: my freind is a windows user, i am a mac user. he has no internet connection and is about to get civ3.

so, how can he get ahold of patches that come out for the game?

get an internet connection or copy the patch to cd/floppy(depending on how big it is) zip/clay tablets off another windows machine.
