to Firaxis: mod request for improvements

It would be wonderful if you allow a way to restrict improvements and wonders to specific civiliazations, much like you do with unique units.

This will allow us mod freaks to give each civ more unique characteristics. This is a great improvement to the game and adds a new dimension to the Civ series. Allow civ-specific improvements would really take this a step further.
