I hope that I have missed something that is easily overcome; I got the Espionage tech. and then built the Intelligence sm. wonder. However, when I click on the "E" for espionage, it only offers to steal tech. or investigate a city--there are no options for performing covert deeds--have I missed something or might there be a bug of some sort--HELP!!!

Took me also quite some time to find.
see page 199 of the manual -
Did you plant spies yet? If not, click on the pentagon next to the city you built the intelligence agency in and it will allow you to attemp to plant spies. Once you do this I think hitting the "E" will work. I know you can then click on the capital of the civ you planted the spy in and get to the other espionage stuff from there. I didn't know about ctrl-shift-E, I will have to try that one and see what it does.
