Wonders, Editors and Earth

A couple of questions I have

1) How can I create new Wonders? Can these Wonders be active in every game?
2) Why does the map editor show that pink color? How can I turn it off?
3) when I play on Earth Map the tribes to be placed in their historical spots, how can I do it?

No way yet, hopefully the patcj will expand upon the editor capabilities.
