To get around the problem of the Civ III scrolling bug with Detinator Drivers. Simply change your Hardware Acceleration setting for your card so that its the first notch up from the left. (Minimum + 1).
You can do this in your Display settings, click the Advanced tab then select Performace (well i think it is - its definately under one of those tabs though - im at my Win 98 work PC at the moment so correct me if i am wrong
). I have done this and i am running the 21.80 Detinator Drivers. All works fine now.
When you want to play someting else, just slide it back up. No change of drivers and only minimum hassle.
