Adding More Gov't Types.

Hey, my first post here.

I'm an avid Civ3 fan, and just got into modding it (it's 3am btw LOL).

I want to add more Gov't types to the game. I got ideas of what types of gov'ts to add, but I don't know much about some of them... I was just wondering what kind of stats you guys would recommend for these types of gov'ts:

Socialism
Nazism
Bureaucracy
Capitalism
Constitutional Monarchy
Totalitarianism

I've already got Fascism and Fundamentalism...

Umm capitalism, bureaucracy and Nazism are not government types.
