May be Hitler thought he was good may be super-good (as a super-human). And I think he is objectivly evil (super-evil in his ideology). And that is right about a lot of other guyes.
But u r right that it is not easy to cathegorize a lot of leader in good and evil.
But what is objectivity: hasn't Kastro done well in free his country from foreign dominace and prostitution. But I agree when be said he got negativ aspects as well.

(wrote spelling of Kastro wrong not to use the net-keyword)

hitler was megalomaniac, no doubt. the nazis enjoyed their cruelty.

see the hakenkreuz/swastika as example. the ancient original was a symbol of life, good fortune and light.

but the one used by the nazis was mirrored, like goth youths praying to satan etc doing it with the christians cross.

Nice leaderheads, but none of your links seems to be working.

I always get the same error:

Windows cannot access the folder. Make sure you typed it correctly and that you have permission to access the folder.

            Details:
            The FTP session was terminated

I have tried all of these links.

              Some ideas or requests.

What about putting some other leaders?

              Churchill for Britain.
Napoleon Bonaparte or Charles de Gaulle for the French.
Sadate or Nasser for the Egyptians.
              Hiro Hito for the Japanese.

              Robsen.

Man, I'm luving all of this anti-bush stuff in this thread. Like I say, Bush's eyes are brown because there's so much Bull in his head.

                The BUSH civ special abilities.....

                a) BIG DADDY, any negative result and be redetermined do to influence of powerful daddy and friends.

                b) CONFUSION, diplomatic action that results in allies or enemies being unable to understand your remarks, stuns them and increases your gold intake for one round.
                ROTFLOL

America "evil": Bush , Nixon , Custer (ok never a president but OH what an idiot!)
                Another with a ROTFLOL!

Now on a more serious note

Whose side are you on, ****?
Don't you realise that the Taliban are enemies of the US and Britain because they refused to hand over Bin Laden? He is not a "freedom fighter" or "militant" he is a plain ar**hole of a terrorist. Why do you think that, because we attacked the Taliban for not handing over Bin Laden we are going to attack all Islamic States?
                You are a fool!
As usual, it depends on which side you are on. For us, he is a militant/terrorist/scum/evil. For the average hard line Muslim, he is a freedom fighter
You are the ignorant fool because you are incapable of looking at the other side and appreciating their view on things.

But on the plus side, at least with George W. as a leader, the Americans in Civ 3 should be able to abrogate any international treaties they want without repercussions (well besides pissing off the whole rest of the world)
                hehehehehe

And BTW, who the hell cares what Clinton does in his own time? He was still a capable leader, more so then Bush. At least Clinton knew where Afghanistan was on the map.

                  Using Bush

If you're gonna use Bush, then go all out and do all the pictures. I wouldn't mind seeing a picture of that ******'s face after I kick his ass and take all his cities. Gore for 2004!

Gore in '04, hmmmm. Where was he when Sudan offered to turn over Bin Laden? Those who would lead must dare to speak out for what's right, even if it opposes their bosses views. In all fairness, perhaps he didn't know. Perhaps he wasn't part of that briefing. I wouldn't be surprised if Clinton kept him in the dark. Willie rarely shared the credit when it mattered most. I'll give Gore credit for doing damage control behind such a scalawag of a boss.

You can get new ones, but they won't be animated. Still, better than nothing. I'll upload them soon (in a new thread).

Odds are, we're already helping your nation in some way, financially or otherwise.
As to Americans...if you're still sore over the election, just remember -- almost 1 million service men and women chewed holes through their lips for eight years maintaining a stoic silence out of respect for their Commander in Chief, while their comrades were sent as fodder to places like Mogadishu. Now its your turn to prove your "respect for the presidency." This war isn't on a computer simulation, though I wish that it was. It's real; roll up your sleeves or get out of the way.
