How do you delete old saved games?

Does anyone know how to delete all these old saved games? I don't see a button on either the save or load screens.

go to the windows explorer,
open the game folder and then open the subdirectory "Save" (or something, to lazy to check it)

in there you'll find all the saved games (and all auto-saves can be found in the sub-subfolder 'auto')

delete them overthere

Omissions like this (no way to manage saved games from within the game) just make the game look unpolished and rushed out the door.

However, if you rely on the Autosave feature (turn on in game preferences), it will save every turn, but will delete everything EXCEPT the last 5 autosaves. Its in [gamedir]\saves\auto

Works for me.
