i don't understand how can i prevent deposing?
i have the best culture, but sometimes my cities come under foe's control. first i thought this depends on presence of resistants, but it doesn't!
there are no resistance in the city and lot's of my units!!!
how can i prevent deposing?

How much culture do the cities that are being overthrown have? Any city that is anywhere near an enemy's culture-base should have at least a temple and library, and build them as soon as possible, since older improvements generate more culture. It's not just a matter of your civ's culture vs. the enemy's culture... individual city culture plays a large part.

What bothers me is when resisting cities that fell easily to my forces annilate them when they rebel. I wouldn't be so damn annoyed if it would just kick my soldiers out.

Exactly how did a size 3 town kill my five divisions of marines?
