I'm just about to finish my first game (nearing 2050).
I was content to keep ahead of the other Civs with advancing technologies and culture, however, Egypt kept pissin me off, so I decided I needed to wipe them of the face of the earth,
however,
the minute I started to go to war, I selected War Mobilization (maybe the wrong move?) and then my Civ went straight into Anarchy for the next several turns,
i decided that since Democracy was probably not the right gov't to deal with my potentially prolonged campaign with Egypt I decided to switch to Republic,
but,
sooner than a turn or two later, my Civ went into Anarchy again. Is this to do with War Mobilization? If so what is the point of this when all of your cities are in Civil Disorder and can't produce anything anyway?
thanks
