Civ Editor - Basic Question

quick question.

For the Civ Editor, if I make changes to this (such as adjusting the corruption settings) can I re-introduce these new rules to an existing game?

Or will these new rules only take effect with a start of a new game?

They will only take effect if you start a new game using that modpack.

Unless you modify the civ3mod.bic file, which is the basic game rules. These rules DO apply mid-game.

Be careful to back up that file before you edit it, in case you want a 'true' version back.
