I was at war with the romans, kicking their butt. I kept urging them to sue for peace, but they kept refusing. Until their final handful of cities stood within my armies reach, they finally listened to reason.
They offered me a lump sum of 300 gold and a per turn tithe of 20.
However, they only had 13 in the bank.
Is this a bug, or can you go into a negative amount?
(not that I mind...i got all the gold
