Idea for ModMakers: Gov't specific Wonders

Here's a great idea for you guys
How about Wonders that are specific to each type of government? More specifically, wonders that tailor to each Governments' weaknesses.

Democracy- possible effects Lower war-weariness by 1 across your empire
Ideas for wonder
Statue of Liberty
Congress
Liberty Bell

Communism- Possible effects- Provide Colussus-type trade bonus in city that builds it or Great Library effect
Possible ideas
Kremlin
Universal Equality
Egalitarinism

Republic Lower war-weariness by 1 across your empire
Senate
Acropolis
Great Hall

Monarchy Possible effects- Provide Colussus-type trade bonus in city that builds it or Great Library effect
Palace of Versailles

I hope one of our fine Mod-Makers finds this idea intruiging, I think that it would add greatly to the game.

I would like to see small wonders replaced with civ-specific yet identical wonders to give the civs a bit more flavor. IE, CIA for the americans rather than Intelligence agency and The Oddessy for the Greeks rather than Heroic epic. Just a name change would be needed, really.
