Diplomacy with more than 7 Civ's?

I like to play games where there are more than 7 other CIV's. Does anyone know how I can conduct diplomatic relations with them from the DIplomacy Window (F4)?

To conduct diplomacy with the other ones just hold in the shift button and right click on one of the pictures. It will pop up a menu that you can then pick another one of the civs that is not shown to replace the current one with. This allows you to see all of the civs, although you are not able to see them all at the same time. Does that help at all?
