Army help with Military Acadamy

I have built the military acadamy. But when I move my troops into the city with it I can't build a army. Whats going on??? How do you build one. I dont see a button on the bottom of the screen to do it.

Once you have the military academy, that city can create armies just like regular units...look in the build options.
