Captured Wonder Culture Question

If you capture a wonder, is that wonder supposed to give culture?

None of mine do. And that sucks. What the hay? Just because I take over a wonder doesn't mean there aren't going to be any tourists going there any more. Maybe for a few turns no culture is fine but I think after that I should get culture from them.

No it isn't.
And IIRC (Firaxis told us so many weeks before actual release), if the original civ recaptures the wonder, it will begin producing culture again, as if it were constructed by the time it was recaptured.

That's dumb. My captured wonders should produce culture. I hope some one finds a way of patching this. I would be fine if I had to wait 10 turns or something due to the disruption in tourism.
