Civ3editor looks EXACTLY like Starcraft Scenario Editor.

If anyone has Starcraft, look the editor.
They are very similar.

I wonder is this a coincidence or something else?

I was pretty sure that StartCraft's editor was tree-driven to place units and other odds and ends. Also, the SC editor shipped complete, the Civ3 editor could hardly be called complete.
