A proposal to hungry scenario makers

Why don't we just go back to making Civ 2 scenarios for a while? Why should we sit on our hands waiting for Firaxis to come up with good scenario-making tools when civ 2 has adequate ones already? I am seriously considering this, and I'd like to know what fellow scenario makers think.

BTW: if anyone would like to collaborate with me, I have an idea for another "indian wars" scenario that I could use some help with. Anyone?
