Aside from the text being blurred even with smooth text on or whatever.... when I am in the Histograph, Demographics, or, most annoyingly, during diplomacy... some text is simply not in the right place _vertically_. For example, in diplomacy, my choices are all aligned to the bottom of the screen, instead of the bottom of the window... and it's only readable because it highlights on mouseover.. and then only with great effort.
