How to make the "Manhatten Project" a small wonder?

Disclaimer: since the search feature is disabled, i am posting this without knowing if it was previously discussed. sorry for any repetitions

I desperately feel the need to make the "manhattan project" a small wonder. this has bugged me as far back as i can remember. However, the editor does not have an option to "this civ can make nukes" when i change it over to "sm wonder" ...how can this be done? i want to make it so that every civ must make a "manhatten project" in order for that civ to create nuclear weapons. any help appreciated.

can't be done, u'll just have to wait until firaxis releases the 'real' mod prog and hope that they allowed for it


i'm hoping they will allow for adding new improvements.. civ2 had it..

IIRC, all you could do with improvements in civ2 was rename them, change the cost and the upkeep.... You couldn't add improvements.
