Induced golden age by completing wonder - used it to build army of Sioux Mounted Warriors - near the end of the Golden Age I convince Lincoln to declare war on the Sioux. I get my first Mounted Warrior victory a few turns before the end of Golden Age, thinking that will extend it 20 turns from the year of the first SU victory. It doesn't. Don't know if this is by design, but I had some difficulty and good luck arranging things to play out that way and I think I earned an extension to my Golden Age.
