Oh, brave modders! Please restore the ability to see an oponent's gov't type!

Whether fighting the capitalist pig-dogs under Communism, or the dirty commie bastages under Capitalism, it was always fun to know the opposing enemy's gov't type. If you brave modders could some how create a mod which could reveal this screen somehow, whether during diplomacy or what. (Perhaps Diplomacy saying Elizabeth of the English Democracy or something shouldn't be too tough)
I beg of you, this would help out the "game story" greatly!

I think you can in the military adivsor screen.
You can also see it when you investigate an opponent's city.
