Custom Civs

Greets Fellow Civilians!

I'm wondering how one goes about creating new civs/cultures for use in the game. I'm wanting to create the sorely missing Canadians and Australians. I realize that technically they would have fallen under the English but so did the Americans!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can do this with the Civ3CopyTool (see the thread in Civ3 Files for instructions). Be warned though that there are problems with this unless you use the default .bic file (civ3mod) and you should back that up before you make any changes.
