How to use Queues, and Shortcut key for civilopedia

Anyway, I was wondering how the heck to use the build queues. I see it there, but I can't for the life of me figure out what to do to add items to it. Am I just missing the info in the civilopedia? Oh, and about that, is there a shortcut key for the civlopedia? Thanks for any help... wonderful game so far, guys, even on my crappy old computer.

In your city view, to add an item to the queue, hold down the shift key, then click the desired item(s). To remove an item from the queue, single-click on the undesired item in the queue (displayed above the build pick list), then press the delete key. To replace an item in the queue, single-click on the item, then shift-click its replacement item. I am unaware of a way to insert an item into the queue.

You can also save and/or load queues, but I haven't done that yet. (These are documented in the manual).

Don't know of a shortcut to the Civilopedia. Hope the rest helps.
