Missing Leaders In Foreign Advisor Menu

I'm playing a game on a huge map with a large amount of civilizations. I have made contact with all of the civilizations that are playing and established embassies with each one. Yet my foreign advisor screen does not contain all the civilizations.

This is pretty painful since it's hard to keep track who has alliances with whom when they're not shown, and your only source of info is the post turn data.
