REQ:Embassy/Espionage button on Diplomatic Advisor screen

Instead of having a little yellow dot next to the leaders pictures of nations I have embassies with, I would like to request a little round "E" button that performs the espionage function. Forcing a player to scroll to each nation's capitol to access the espionage menu strikes me as an awkward implementation.
