Can you change female to male or vice versa? 'Cause I see you can change titles and names and such but the portrait remains the same. Catherine for russians Caesar for Romans etc. Am I just blind and stupid or what?

And another thing. where's the menus I can't find 'em. Like taxs government selection cheat menu etc? I see Main Menu, Civilopedia and Advisors.

You have to use the civedit... thats how i do it

Taxes and such are under the Domestic Advisor, top right hand corner, i do belive...

The rest of the things *except cheat* should be in the Advisor section aswell...
