DOC BUG:City Population Number Color

I can't find this mentioned in the documentation (manual, readme, Civilopedia), although HalfLotus has posted it as well in the Strategy forum.

Color of city population number:

Red - Not enough food to support population. City will lose one population when food storage box exhausted.

Yellow - Stagnant or zero growth. City produces just enough food to support existing population.

White - Surplus. City will grow by one when food storage box filled.

It will also be yellow if the city needs an improvement (i.e. aqueduct, hospital) in order to grow.
