disband city?

Is it possible to disband unwanted cities. My culture took a german city and I don't want to keep it. It is in a poor location.

Just build settlers or workers to the point where it will ask you if you want continue producing the settler/worker. This happens when you don't have enough population points in that city to produce the unit and keeping the city going. If you click "yes" the city should be disbanded.
