Militarizaion Mobility

Ok, got a question. I was in the Domestic Advisor tab and was looking at the mobility option, put on Militarization for no real reason, but now I dont get the pull down menu to change it back!

Anybody know what to do?

Sue for peace. War-time mobilization is a one-way ticket. Once you do it, it stays until the war ends.
