Does rush buy exist ?

I can't find the rush buy button to complete faster the production of something. This is a hot feature I need. anyone can help me ?

Its the tiny button next to the production box in the city screen. Depending on your government you will either pay in gold or citizens (forced labor).

Alternatively, you can right-click the city from the map, and select Hurry Production.
