Possible Bug/problem

I am not 100% sure, my memeory is a little vivid from when this happened. here it goes

Queue list

1) But when I use it saves that que for every city. I thought each city has its own queeu for building/production. You see, I ran into this problem when i did SHIFT Q then it saved it, which leads me to my second problem.

2) How do I cancle the SHIFT Q saved queue if I want to rearrange it? Is this a mess up on firaxis, or maybe someone can tell me how

I would go intot he game right now, but someone can probably answer this. I read the manuel but nothing there to solve this problem.

Neither look much like bugs you're probably just using pressing the wrong key. I'd check through the manual to see or any tutorials.
I dont have the game yet myself so I dont know.

And why not play the game and Alt-Tab out of it every now and then to check this?
