Civ3 forces max refresh rate?!
I'm running XP on an LCD monitor, which supports refresh rates of 60-75 Hz, but looks like complete CRAP at anything other an 60Hz. Even though I am set to use 1024x768x60Hz as default, and I threw in the keepres=1, Civ3 is FORCING windows into 1024x768x75Hz everytime I play, and the screen gets all messed up. I've tried several different monitor drivers with no luck. Any ideas?
