War-Time to Peace-Time economy

I'm in a War-Time economy right now, and want to switch back to peace time, but when I click "War Time" next to Mobolization, nothing happens. In all(3) of my saved games where i have nationalism, I am unable to switch back to peace time. And in at least one game I am at peace with everyone.

Are there special requirements to switch back?? Any help is appreciated.

You need to sign a peace treaty, and you will automatically go back to 'normalcy'.

Otherwise, mobilization is a one-way ticket.
