Can citynames be added with the editor?

Well?
There is no add button in the screenshots. Can they be added with the editor (or shall I add a feature for it in Civ3CopyTool)?

And the same about leaders.

City names and leader names are editable in a big text box. Just add a newline to the bottom and you can add as many cities and leaders as you want.
