  • Welcome to CIV3-FILES - HOW TO POST FILES (read before trying to start a new thread)

The Civ3-Files is the forum for complete civ3 files

After your file has been moved here, you can submit a new entry in the Apolyton Directory!

    Notes:
    - The max size of attachments has been increased to 500k. If you wont to post something larger you will still have to mail it to us (markg@apolyton.net, dan@apolyton.net) or upload it on a free web space server.
    - You can not start a new thread on this forum. Since we want to be sure that only new and definite releases are included here, you will have to start the thread in the Creation forum and i will be moving it here.

One other new group. What's the meaning of this one?
Discussing altered game files (like the modified Civ III editor)?

Anyway, good to see more new groups.

Well, this was needed. That way mods in development can be separated from finished ones, and people looking for something have easier to find it

Does anyone else encounter this error?

MarkG-Everytime I attempt to download a file from a thread in this forum, I get an error that says "could not find an ActiveX reader for this object" or something similar.

Has anyone else encountered this error? Anyone know the solution?

        Regards,

MarkG, how often do you check the Creation forum to see if there are files that need to be moved to the Files forum? I know of several mods that have been there for a while.

I posted mine on the Creation forums and it's since dropped off the front page without being transferred.

                        NOTE

I'm cutrrently not able to check here every day for new files. So when you post a wait a week before you bump your threads. Thebn if a file isn't moved inj a week I might have missed it, if many files aren't i've just havn' had the time. If your file hasn't been moved while other's lated then yours have ant the time since you posted the file is more then a week you might want to bump the thread or PM me about the matter.

Have a file with size in between 500kB and 5MB?
You may upload it to your personal upload space on Apolyton.
(Just don't forget to read the FAQ)

If you then want to have the mod moved out from your quota (to be able to uplad other stuff) You should email/PM MarkG or DanQ.

The link will have to be authorized (by me or the admins) first. It should be done within a week from posting (usually faster) I'll go and check yours now...
