Add and Delete Units Functionality

This is taken from a screenshot of Resource Hacker taking a look at the units dialogue box. Looks like they were very close to including Add and Delete for units. The same is true for Advances and other items. Let's hope for the patch soon...



I should point out that the screenshot is only cropped, no other modifications were made on my part.
