Establishing Embasies

In the main map, there's a little star on your capital. Double click it.

And then to carry out any diplomatic/espionage missions, click on the star of the target's capital, after establishing the embassy.

I wonder if this was in that tutorial I skipped...

Ohhh.. I spent ages trying to figure out what capital city icon meant ..d'oh gee.. nicely explained in manual.. NOT!!!
