I just read in the Gamespot review that Civ3 requires DX7 - not 8.
Also read that on another review.
My question is this. Do you think it will run with DX7? Right now I don't want to install DX8 on my computer for fear I don't have the proper drivers.
Anyone know about this DX7 vs DX8 thing?
Anyone with the game tried it with just DX7?
I want Civ3. And tomorrow I think we will have it here. But I want to know if it will run with DX7 before I buy it.
