Does anyone know yet if any of the graphics can be changed in any way? I haven't seen anything yet along the lines of a graphics editor (or are all graphics seperate files in jpg/tga/gif/bmp/whatever format?)...

Just installed the game but most of the graphics seem to be .pcx files which can be edited/created with photoshop or paint shop pro. The animations appear to be .flc files which can also be created with moderate software available online.
Even the city view graphics can be edited. Looks live CivIII is the most customizable civ yet.Kids! Bringing about Armageddon can be dangerous. Do not attempt it in your home.

Mike said that here was an error with the flc format used in the game that was found after the game was shipped.Creator of the Civ3MultiTool

Are you referring to the game screens (pictures, menu) etc...or does this also count for the land tiles and units. Let's say I want to import my original Civ2 units to replace those in Civ3. Can I do that?Skeptics should forego any thought of convincing the unconvinced that we hold the torch of truth illuminating the darkness. A more modest, realistic, and achievable goal is to encourage the idea that one may be mistaken. Doubt is humbling and constructive; it leads to rational thought in weighing alternatives and fully reexamining options, and it opens unlimited vistas.
